To provide surgical procedures to children selected at no charge, which will enable them to live a full and productive life. Selection of patients will be made without regard to nationality, race, religion or gender and in so doing, help to promote World Peace and Understanding.

To foster and promote the cure and alleviation of the condition of children requiring Reconstructive Surgery. To provide funds for the benefit of patients, hospitals and institutions to enable them to purchase equipment and carry out the above goals.
